  • Elder Oaks Goes to Mexico to Dedicate New Missionary Training Center -Excited members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints around Mexico City gathered for a unique opportunity to have a part in the dedication of its new Missionary Training Center. Missionaries now will have the chance to learn how to teach the Gospel of Christ in an environment that will be great for young adults. The former school now stands as a proud addition to the Mission Training Center (MTC) family.

  • BYU Basketball players are Preparing to Serve Mormon MissionsThree young men from Brigham Young University’s basketball team will say “see you in a couple of years” to their coaches and teammates because they will be serving full time missions for the Latter-day Saint Church. Eric Mika, Tyler Haws, and Graham Pingree all have received calls. Mika and Pingree will both serve in Rome, Italy. Haws will serve in the in the France Lyon mission
